ÇAMLICA HILL

Çamlıca Hill is one of the places with the most beautiful view of Istanbul. It includes Çamlıca Tower, Çamlıca Mosque, Beylerbeyi Palace, Museum of Islamic Civilizations, Küçük Çamlıca Grove, Cihannüma, Nurbaba Tekke and TV transmitter towers. It can be inspiring to watch the magnificent view of Istanbul from the observation deck of the 369-meter-high Çamlıca Tower, which is especially popular with tourists.

It consists of two hills, Küçük Çamlıca and Büyük Çamlıca hill. Murad IV, one of the important sultans of the Ottoman period, built the Bag-ı Cihan Pavilion because he loved this place so much. The hill, which is completely open to public use, is crowded with visitors of all social classes and ages in summer and winter. It is one of the rare places for newlyweds to have an exterior photo shoot.
